CRM Sales Rep, Scottsdale, AZ

With the backing of KORE’s excellent reputation and status as a Microsoft Gold Partner the successful candidate will follow a structured sales methodology to establish new business opportunities. This position is suitable for driven personalities that prefer a highly-leveraged commission structure and unlimited, non-capped, earning potential.

Position Details:

	Select and build target/leads lists from personal research and knowledge
	Utilize, update and expand KORE’s internal leads management system
	Setup meetings via cold calling
	Conduct sales presentations with the assistance of a pre-sales technical support representative
	Create proposals; follow-up and close opportunities.
	Develop a robust short, medium and long-term sales pipeline

Requirements:

	3+ years of software or consulting sales preferred – will consider applicants with sales experience in other fields with complex services offerings.
	Experience with any enterprise CRM system
	Highly confident in ability to make cold calls and sales presentations

Technical Positions

All technical positions available in Vancouver, Canada only.

Installation Technician

KORE Interactive is currently looking for installation technicians for a number of Microsoft products, including Microsoft CRM, SBS, SQL Server, Exchange, Windows 2003 and SharePoint. 

As KORE delivers only consistently high-quality services to customers, this position requires strictly following procedures and checklists.  Although selected candidates will have a background in various Microsoft server products, training by KORE will be authoritative and complete through formal courses and test installations in a lab environment.  Technicians may not work in the field until they have passed KORE's training program.  Assignments will be completed under the direction of the project's Technical Lead and after briefing by the relevant Account Manager.

Ideal candidates will have the following qualities:

	Experience in various Microsoft server products and technologies.
	Practical knowledge of TCP/IP networking principles, including configuration of common broadband connections and off-the-shelf firewall/router products.
	Understanding of the fundamentals of web protocols and services (ex. ability to troubleshoot IIS-hosted web applications).

Most positions will require one on-call weekend per month (via wireless PDA + Mobile phone).

Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:
 

	3+ years of programming experience.
	Strong development experience with two or more of the following languages within the Microsoft Visual Studio environment; Visual Basic, C/C++, C# and .NET.
	Database knowledge - 2+ years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server.
	Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary.
	Strong written and verbal English skills.  Successful applicants will be working directly with customers and end-users.

	Business analysis skills.
	Willing to participate in mandatory Microsoft training and certification.
